🌍 Where I am
I’m back in Gran Canaria, where I have lived my whole life. I work remotely for Lean Mind from here.
💻 What I’m working on
This year at Lean Mind, I am doing very little development work. My focus is on helping manage projects and taking on COO / operations director responsibilities internally, while also supporting the company’s change and new direction as co-CEO.
🧠 What I’m learning / deepening
- Going deeper into strategy and transitioning from a CTO perspective to a COO one.
- AI and agentic development: I use them every day at work and keep learning how to apply them in the most useful and appropriate way.
🧪 Experiments / projects orbiting my head
- DriveZen is still up and running.
- A relationship graph application that I have deployed.
- A few internal tools, including one for tracking hours and understanding each person’s allocation.
❤️ Personal life
- I am still taking care of myself and staying active: I have gone back to the gym with training sessions to be healthier.
- Reconnecting with reading, with several books on the go that I pick up now and then.
📝 What I’m NOT doing right now
- Not taking large freelance projects.
- Not seeking a job change.
